WOT
“Work-based Entrepreneurship Training for People with Disabilities” (WOT) is a project funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus Plus Programme, Key Action 2 “Adult Education”.
This project promotes key competences and entrepreneurial skills through an innovative methodology based on job shadowing, mentoring and coaching for people with physical disabilities who want to become entrepreneurs or freelancers.
The project aims at the creation of:
- a manual and an online training course on how to assist a person with disabilities in the realization of a social enterprise;
- a manual and an online training course for people with disabilities who want to develop their business.
