GUIDE Project

GUIDE- Guidelines for teachers working with students with mild to moderate cognitive impairment is a European project co-funded by the European Commission under the Life Long Learning Programme, Comenius Multilateral Actions.

The GUIDE partnership aims to cooperate to improve the ability of teachers to support students with mild to medium cognitive disorders towards a more inclusive education. The project’s results include:

  • State of the art analysis, i.e. a collection of good practices at national and international level in teaching students with mild to moderate cognitive disorders;
  • Manual of teaching strategies for teachers of students with mild to moderate cognitive disorders;
  • A 30-hour e-learning training course;
  • Guidelines for teachers, based on principles and lessons learned during the two experiments that have been carried out within the project.
