RECAR

RECAR “Recueil de Cas pratiques pour Conseillers en Insertion professionnelle des Travailleurs Handicapés” is a project funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus Plus Programme, Key Action 2 – Adult Education.

This project aims to increase the effectiveness of career counselling for people with disabilities by developing a casebook (collection of case studies) addressed to career counsellors working with them and an additional set of tools to facilitate and disseminate their use. There are two online courses, one for career counsellors and one for career counsellor trainers. For the development of the Casebook, each partner collected and described a number of career counseling case studies.
